Donna Esposito FincherPrincipalEmail Donna Donna Esposito Fincher, Esq., is a principal in the law firm of Vaughan, Fincher & Sotelo, PC. She is a member of the Bars of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Donna’s practice focuses on developing comprehensive estate plans tailored to her clients’ specific needs, including drafting and implementation of documents to accomplish incapacity planning, minimizing estate taxes, generation-skipping transfer tax planning, gift tax planning, charitable planning and distribution planning for the family. Donna is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has been listed as one of the leading trusts and estates attorneys in the Washington Metropolitan area in Washingtonian magazine, Northern Virginia magazine and SuperLawyers magazine. Donna received her BBA degree in accounting from the College of William and Mary in 1987 and her JD degree from the Marshall Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in 1990. She is also a member of the Loudoun County Bar Association and the Wills, Trusts and Estates Section of the Fairfax Bar Association. Donna is a Past Chair of the Board of Governors for the Trusts and Estates Section of the Virginia State Bar. |

He is a member of the Bars of Virginia and Maryland, and is a former chair of the Board of Governors of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Virginia State Bar. Dan is also a member of the Wills, Trusts and Estates section of the Fairfax County Bar Association, the Loudoun County Bar Association and the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council. Prior to his retirement, Pat practiced law for nearly 50 years, and focused his career on Estate Planning and Administration. He obtained both his B.S. in Accounting and his Bachelors of Law from the University of Virginia and his Masters of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University. Diane M. YawnPrincipal, RetiredDiane M. Yawn, Esq., Principal, is a member of the Bars of Virginia and the District of Columbia . She obtained her B.S. in Elementary Education from Florida State University and her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. She graduated cum laude from both universities and was a member of George Mason Law Review. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Diane gained over thirty years of experience in estate and trust administration as a Group Vice President and Head of the Personal Trust Division for a regional bank and as the Assistant to the Commissioner in the office of the Alexandria Commissioner of Accounts. She is a member of the Wills, Trusts and Estates section of the Fairfax County Bar Association and the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council. |
