Donna Esposito Fincher, Esq. , Principal and CPA, has over 15 years experience in Estate Planning and Administration. She obtained both her B.B.A. in Accounting and her J.D. from the College of William & Mary. Donna is a member of the Bars of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia , the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council and the Wills, Trusts and Estates section of the Fairfax County Bar Association. She is a current member of the Board of Governors for the Trust and Estate section of the Virginia State Bar and a board member of the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council. She is a past President and past Board member of the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.

Martha Leary Sotelo, Esq. , Principal , is a member of the Bars of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia . She obtained her B.S. in Communications from James Madison University and her J.D. from the College of William & Mary. Martha is our lead Estate Administration attorney. She is also currently serving as Co-Chair of the Wills, Trusts and Estates section of the Fairfax County Bar Association and she is a member of the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council.

Patrick (“Pat”) J. Vaughan, Esq. , Principal , CPA, and Chartered Financial Consultant, is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and has been recognized in Washingtonian and Legal Times as one of the leading Trust and Estate attorneys in the Washington, D.C. metro area . Pat has been practicing law for over 30 years, where he has focused his career on Estate Planning and Administration. He obtained both his B.S. in Accounting and his Bachelors of Law from the University of Virginia and his Masters of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University . He is a member of the Bars of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia , the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

C. Daniel (“Dan”) Vaughan, Esq. , Principal , obtained his B.A. in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia and graduated Order of the Coif with his J.D. from the College of William & Mary. Dan was a member of the Law Review and served as a teaching assistant at William & Mary. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Wills, Trusts and Estates section of the Fairfax County Bar Association and the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council.

Diane M. Yawn, Esq. , Principal , is a member of the Bars of Virginia and the District of Columbia . She obtained her B.S. in Elementary Education from Florida State University and her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. She graduated cum laude from both universities and was a member of George Mason Law Review. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Diane gained over thirty years of experience in estate and trust administration as a Group Vice President and Head of the Personal Trust Division for a regional bank and as the Assistant to the Commissioner in the office of the Alexandria Commissioner of Accounts. She is a member of the Wills, Trusts and Estates section of the Fairfax County Bar Association and the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council.

Kathi L. Ayers, Esq. , Associate , received her B.A. in Biochemistry, cum laude, from Eastern College in St. Davids, Pennsylvania, and her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Wills, Trusts and Estates section of the Fairfax County Bar Association and the Northern Virginia Estate Planning Council.
